Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the charter will receive a full refund of the deposit (less any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable).
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the charter will forfeit the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the charter, or no-shows, are responsible for 100% of the charter fee, unless we are able to rebook your date. If we successfully rebook the trip, any amount recovered will be refunded.
- Clients may substitute another person or group at any time with prior notice.
